Rest and self-care are vitally important. We cannot serve from an empty vessel. The haunting words of Whitney Houston, “I’m Every Woman, “Whatever you want, Whatever you need, Anything you want done, baby, I'll do it naturally 'Cause I'm every woman It's all in me. It's all in me!”
We have been sold a bill of goods encouraging women to be all things to all people. We are called to be the ultimate businesswoman sharing the responsibility of contributing to and managing the family income often sandwiched between raising children and caring for aging parents; the equivalency of 2 full time jobs. This is all accomplished while maintaining composure and grace by day and morphing into a sex goddess by night! Right...
Some days I amaze myself and other days I search for my iPhone while holding it! We are the ultimate caregivers looking after everyone else while often neglecting ourselves. Everything we experience on a daily basis is a direct manifestation of where we focus our energy, attention and consciousness thinking.
Through a highly interactive presentation style, attendees will explore the signs of burnout and recognize the pathway to prevention. Our lifestyle habits are not on a neutral ground; they have the ability to harm or to heal. The exploration of healing foods, easy to implement exercise routines and obtaining better sleep are a few of the areas that will be examined to bring increased energy and healing into our lives. Life isn’t about surviving the storm. It’s about dancing in the rain. We have one life and it can change in a heartbeat; let’s make it the best it can be!

“This presentation was a refreshing change to other information sessions. Nice to have a women's health day to be educated on ways to improve and maintain good health. The speaker was at the top of her game; interesting topic, relevant and up-to-date. Aside from that full marks on entertainment value alone; a tough act to follow.” RDH Attendee, Philips Symposium 2017.“Both speakers were tremendous, enthusiastic, loved both topics and came away totally enriched! I have been to many seminars over my 24 year career and I would say this was the best professional development program I have attended!!!! Thank you so much!!! RDH Attendee, Philips Symposium 2017.
